Problem
Prosoft can download its card configuration through ControlLogix Ethernet card. However, if the Prosoft configuration file has problem, Prosoft Configuration Builder (PCB) software may take this download option away, as shown in the picture below.
Solution
One solution of solving this problem is exporting the fixed configuration to hard drive. Then open a new configuration file. Load the exported configuration file. This should solve the download issue.
