Problem
You can not modify WonderWare InTouch application. WonderWare shows error message “The application cannot be edited. Process ‘WindowMaker’ on computer ‘S’ is editing this application.” as shown in the picture below.
Solution
If Window Maker was not closed correctly, it would not delete application lock and prevents the application from opening. The fix is easy. Delete the appedit.lok file in the Window Maker application directory.
