Problem
Allen-Bradley high speed counter for Micrologix and CompactLogix 1769-HSC runs but all counters shows 0 as current count in CompactLogix.
Solution
These are special configuration not shown in the CompactLogix configuration screens. You have to enable the counters manually in CompactLogix, for example, putting 1 in Local4:0.Ctr0En to enable high speed counter 0 in slot 4. You do not need to do it in Micrologix platform.
