Motion Block -10 (MB-10) is Adept robot’s new amplifier. It has built in memory to store configuration data so replacement MB-10 can retrieve configuration automatically. It also has a LED window for error code display and a bi-color LED indicator for MB-10 health. If the LED indicator blinks green rapidly, it is working. However, if it is solid green or solid red, MB-10 has fault (See What does Adept Robot Motion Block-10 Led Indicator Say). LED window should show error code.
MB-10 Error Code:
LED | Status Code |
---|---|
OK | No Fault |
ON | High Power ON Status |
MA | Manual Mode |
24 | 24 V Supply Fault |
A# | Amp Fault (Joint #) |
B# | IO Box Fault (Address #) |
AC | AC Power Fault |
D# | Duty Cycle Exceeded (Joint #) |
E# | Encoder Fault (Joint #) |
F# | External Sensor Stop |
FM | Firmware Mismatch |
FW | IEEE 1394 Fault |
h# | High Temp Amp (Joint #) |
H# | High Temp Encoder (Joint #) |
hV | High Voltage Bus Fault |
I# | Initialization Stage (Step #) |
M# | Motor Stalled (Joint #) |
NV | Non-Valatile Memory |
P# | Power System Fault (Code #) |
PR | Processor Overloaded |
RC | RSC Fault |
SW | Watchdog Timeout |
